The vision is trapped in your head
He helps extract the context, clarify the objective and make the next step easier to see.
Between people, recurring problems and unrealized possibilities, Richard looks for the move that can make the biggest difference—and helps turn it into something practical.
Years of curiosity about what makes people tick have shaped how he listens, asks questions, connects ideas and works alongside founders and teams.

Richard has spent years learning from clients, colleagues, entrepreneurs, books and conversations. One question kept pulling him back: why do some kinds of work feel natural and energizing, while others take so much effort?
That curiosity led him to explore how he thinks, takes action, communicates and contributes. Through Strategic Coach and Dan Sullivan's concept of Unique Ability®, he began putting clearer language around the work he most enjoys and does best.
Richard collects assessments—and returns to them. He compares their insights with his experience, what others notice and what happens in real work. Over time, that practice has helped him recognize where his contribution is strongest and where collaboration matters.
Developed by Dan Sullivan and Strategic Coach, Unique Ability brings attention to the activities you love doing, do particularly well and want to keep improving.
For Richard, it provides a useful question: Where can my way of seeing and working create the most value for someone else?
